Seeing the Whole Picture

Although when most people learn I do not support democrats or todays liberal views, I'm usually classified as a conservative. I am a registered Republican and only tend to vote Republican because they are the lesser of two evils. I like your libertarian definition below as it is simple and succinct. Our founding fathers understood the people could not rely on politicians and big government from afar to make decisions in their best interest. Checks and balances in our government by design to slow down government rule at the federal level and allow individual states and counties to best govern themselves, allowing the people to govern themselves.
